So no, I fail to see the "value added" part of going pro. The response time for a trouble ticket is like two days and it seems like every other time I try and open a ticket or call them that I get an automated message that Spain is having a national holiday and there's nobody to take my call. It took me calling the support line to have them help me open my first ticket. The support ticket page is a nightmare also. Don't get me wrong I think Zentyal works pretty well but the pro version only allows you to navigate their knowledge base which is terrible to find anything on and to open support tickets. I thought that maybe it would be better but I can't really see the value. ![]() I'm running the pro version after having used the community version for a year. Why not go for the pro version fully supported by zentyal ? it's worth it if you have the budget.
